| Description: | Location: Sky Club Fitness Description: This is a two-day course that takes you systematically through all of the Total Immersion freestyle swimming drills with numerous strategies to implement full stroke mechanics. This will result in developing a freestyle technique that is faster, smoother, easier, and more efficient for triathlons and distance swimming. Video taping will be done at the beginning, middle and end of the workshop to show improvement and to speed up the learning process. | |||
