Historic Downtown Somerville produces a number of annual events and has become a hot spot as an event venue. Surrounded by towns such as, Basking Ridge, Bridgewater, Flemington and Warren, this location has become a very popular attraction for arts & crafts lovers.

In past years, exhibitors were delighted to see the number of visitors that came to the festival. Many of the restaurants had open air seating, there was a area to listen to live music, as well as a "hands on free craft section for the children (no rides or other festivities for kids are available). This event is juried and has approximately 150 exhibitors, all artists, crafters and photographers...approximately 60% are returning exhibitors.

It will feature artisans, craftsmen and photographers displaying and selling a wonderful mix of quality contemporary crafts as well as fine art. There will be original handmade works such as oil and acrylic paintings, watercolors, sculpture, photography, pottery, jewelry, decorative fiber works, metal works, paper, stone, garden works and so much more.

This festival is open from 10AM-5PM and will offer open air dining at the fabulous local eateries as well as the many gourmet food vendors selling along the festival site... so come hungry! Downtown Somerville is known for the fabulous eateries along the festival route.

There will be demonstrations from some of the exhibitors as well a live concert, good food and much more. Sorry no rides at this event... but kids will definitely enjoy the FREE "hands on" craft tent.
As you stroll through Downtown Somerville, NJ along with the original works of very talented artisans you will enjoy the backdrop of the wide variety of specialty retailers and unique shops that you just won't see anywhere else.
