Please note: Vendors already registered are listed to the right. Please review this list before registering as we will not be accepting vendors whose product lines are exact/similar to those listed. Please contact us if you need further information.

Event Guidelines
Set-Up begins at 4:30pm on November 14. Unloading will be done from the lower school lot. All vehicles should be moved into parking spaces by 5:30pm. Electricity is limited, if you need it, please bring your own extension cords and power strips and we will do our best to place you near an outlet if possible. Breakdown will begin at 9:00pm.

Vendor Pricing
$75 the Academy will provide one 6 ft table with two chairs
$100 the Academy will provide two 6 ft tables with two chairs
Vendor participation will be advertised in advance of the event on the Academys website, social media postings and emails to the AHA community. Please note: refunds are offered only if event is cancelled

All vendors must also submit signed Vendor Agreement & Waiver along with a W-9 to complete the registration by October 24. May be emailed to events@********.*** or faxed to (***) ***-****.
